If and only if you wish, Be-Estate will directly handle the rental and daily management of your property, with the aim of guaranteeing your income and preserving the asset value of your investment.

Selection and security

Income verification, security deposit, contractual clauses with penalties. Thanks to this methodology, delays and non-payments remain extremely rare.

Rents

Payments are made directly to your account, with complete transparency. In case of delay, we will contact the tenant immediately.

Property tracking

Regular visits (generally once a month) to check the condition of the property. Any damage is immediately noted and charged to the tenant.
